Eagleton & Nicholson, P.C. is one of the oldest law firms in Oklahoma. The Firm has been serving the needs of the community since 1925. Mr. James R. Eagleton founded the Firm. Mr. Eagleton developed a reputation as the lawyers’ lawyer. He primarily practiced oil and gas law and appellate advocacy. The Firm grew over the years but one thing remained the same-the highest standard of professional service to every client. Thoroughness, preparation, professionalism, and aggressive advocacy are the four pillars that Eagleton & Nicholson has stood on for the past 82 years.

Eagleton & Nicholson concentrates in oil and gas law, general business litigation, business-transactions, construction litigation, complex bankruptcies, and commercial collections. In addition, the Firm routinely practices family law, personal injury law, and estate planning. Litigation is an expensive and unpleasant solution to legal problems. Our attorneys strive to resolve disputes without litigation.
